a few weekends ago we went shopping for bridesmaid dresses for justin and kierstin's wedding. i am not going to post the picture of the dress that we decided on but i will tell you that they are perfect. i love them. and the best thing about it is that i can shorten it and wear it again! ha!
anywho, on our walk around the city we came along the new york city post office, or the james farley post office. i had never seen it before. it is gorgeous. it is probably one of the prettiest buildings i have seen in the city. it is so grand and definitely makes a statement. i would have thought it was a museum rather than a post office.
the inside is just as amazing. the ceiling has such intricate detail. it almost looks like there is gold leaf detailing.
