another beautiful weekend

it was a beautiful weekend. i think it got up to 65 on saturday. i took advantage of the weather and took some long walks. o-man and i took a 45 minute walk which most of it he actually walked. it was a milestone! when we got back to the apartment he made a b-line for the carpet roll and zonked out.

since he was just going to sleep i took another walk down to dumbo. i took the side streets down to admire all of the brownstones and then past the huge dog park where it was packed. it looked like everyone was enjoying the beautiful weather and happy to get out of their apartments.

so i made my way to the brooklyn bridge park which was packed as well. there is stadium like seating right on the water. it was so cool. i sat for a bit and took it all in.



it has such a gorgeous view of the city as well.



after that i made my way back to the heights and went along the promenade. again to soak up every last minute.

sunday wasn't so nice so i cleaned in preparation for my parents. i am so psyched for them to come and they finally get to meet the new addition!
