i don't know if anyone has heard, but there is a writers strike! some are picketing outside of the building. i of course had to go down and see what the hype was all about. there were a few celebrities down there. tim robins was the big one. if you don't know he was in the shawshank redemption and war of the worlds. another was oliver platt. he was in an episode of nip tuck and also in that upcoming movie martian child. there were also a few snl people there like seth meyers. it was actually pretty cool to see the stars supporting the writers. i wanted to jump in on the action but i had to get to work!
