apple pie

i am sure i have mentioned one girl cookies before but if i haven't, it is one of my favorite places in brooklyn. they were my inspiration for whoopie pies. yummy. they occasionally offer classes and tonights happened to be 'how to make an apple pie.' i took advantage and am so glad i did. i don't mean to toot my own horn but.... toot toot!
