weekend in the park

it was a great last weekend of the summer. i thought i was going to have an uneventful weekend but that turned out not to be the case. with such perfect weather, i tried to take advantage of every moment.

saturday we went out for a night on the town for megan's birthday. it was a lot of fun. we to a great restaurant called the stanton social. mom and dad...we have to go there when you come here next, i think you would really like it. after dinner we went to a low key bar for some more celebrating!


sunday i took o-man to the park. he loved it! i actually took him off the leash so he could run around and enjoy the open area. we played fetch for 3 hours or so and he was loving every minute of it. i couldn't believe he lasted that long but it did wipe him out and he was dead to the world on monday. but as usual he was a hit at the park and got SO much attention. i don't think he would know what to do with himself if someone ignored him!
