this past weekend my parents came to visit the city. it was their anniversary and what a better way to celebrate than to come and visit your kids! it was really great having them here. they even stayed at my apartment. they said the pull out bed was very comfortable! to start out adventures on saturday we travelled to the upper west side. even though i work up there i have never really walked around. it was a lot of fun.
this was lincoln center. it was cool. they have held the mtv movie awards here a few times. right next to it is juilliard.
this was just a picture i took while we were walking around. the upper west side is different from the rest of the city. the streets are much wider so you can apprecite the architecture a bit more. i thought this picture captured it well.
