gobble gobble

another thanksgiving successfully celebrated in nyc. this year we were at justin's new apartment on the upper west side. they did such a nice job decorating for the festivities. the angle from the kitchen looking down on the stairs was so interesting. just had to capture it.


this year we went with ham over turkey. it was delicious! good old trader joe's pulled through. they never disappoint. justin also put a new spin on a thanksgiving classic, green bean casserole. i am not a big fan of the dish but i would eat this on a weekly basis. the onion rings put it over the top. all of the other basic staples made the menu.

it was a great to be with the family and spend quality time together. definitely my favorite time of the year.

btw...all of the pics were taken by justin. it wouldn't be right taking the credit even though i want to. ha.
