after that we made the trip to the jack daniels distillery. it was really cool. it was in the middle of nowhere. the other odd thing about this place is that the county that the distillery is in is a dry county, so no alcohol can be sold there. that is just weird. any way a very nice lady named betty toured us all around the grounds. it was so interesting to see the whole process behind it all. it was like an adult version on mister rogers, not crayons but alcohol! this was our tour group. nick and i are in the very back. you can hardly see us.
on saturday we really just bummed around town. he showed me some highlights like music row and vanderbilt university. it is a very cool city. he even took me so see his boat. we didn't go out on it but he did start it for me and it was VERY loud that i jumped back and almost fell in the water! even though i did have a great time with nick i was super excited to come back to the city and see oscar! he had his first vet visit today. he gained .9 pounds so that means he is 3.9 pounds. he is a growing boy!
